As a shift leader, you will be working towards becoming a certified assistant manager.

Responsible for:
-Perform basic back of house functions for all stations
-Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off
-Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills
-Overseeing and leading BOH operations
